TDX SP2 is the Invacare mid-wheel power base that has been on Canadian seating orders for years. Alberta’s AADL list has carried the heavy-duty Storm TDX SP2 as well. Clinics know the parts, the electronics, and the seating packages that bolt to it, including Motion Concepts power positioning on many Canadian builds.
A TDX quote without the seating package is incomplete. Tell us whether you need tilt, recline, elevating legs, or a ventilator tray. We also quote the heavy-duty package separately when the weight requires the code programs actually recognize.

We confirm the current manufacturer specification before the order is placed. Battery, seating, and wheel options change weight, range, and speed.
If a program letter already names a code, send the letter. Matching their wording speeds the quote up and avoids a base they will not fund.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
