Shipping and delivery

We deliver in every province and territory. A folding transport chair and a Permobil are not the same shipment, so delivery is priced with the quote instead of as a fake flat rate at checkout.

What changes the delivery

• Folding manual and travel power chairs often move as a large parcel, once the supplier releases them.
• Rigid chairs ship with the wheels off and still need someone who can receive a long box.
• Rehab power bases are freight. White-glove delivery, a lift, or a flight of stairs is a different quote from “leave it at the door.”
• Remote communities and northern addresses need a real freight check. We would rather delay the quote a day than invent a shipping price.

Nothing ships until you accept the quote. If a chair is marked in stock, we still confirm the address and the timing before we take payment.
