Their page lists a 21 inch (535 mm) base width with 14 inch drive wheels, which they describe as 2.375 inches narrower than the standard M3, a 20 inch (510 mm) turning radius, seat sizes up to 22 by 22 inches, and a seat-to-floor height as low as 15.5 inches. Weight capacity on that page is 300 lb (136 kg). Base length is 35.125 inches. Motors are listed at 6.5 mph (10 km/h) standard. Ground clearance is 3.5 inches with the 14 inch drive wheels.
It keeps the same suspension story as the standard M3 and offers transit tie-downs compliant with ISO 7176-19 as an option. Tie-downs for an occupied chair in a vehicle are worth requesting if that is how you ride. They are not a decoration.

A 21 inch base still has footrests and a joystick that stick out. Measure the clear opening, then compare it with 21 inches plus the hardware, not with 21 inches alone.
