HD3 is the heavy-duty Alltrack, and AADL has listed it as a heavy-duty code. Amylior talks about Signature seating and capacities that, on the broader Signature platform, reach well above a standard chair — they have described adaptable capacities up to 550 lb on that seating system. The HD3’s own limit is the one on its order form, and that is the only number we will put on a quote.
A heavy-duty rehab chair is wider, longer, and more serious to transport than a Jazzy EVO 614HD. We quote both when the question is “retail heavy-duty or clinic heavy-duty,” because they are not the same purchase.

Home doorways and vehicle lifts fail heavy-duty chairs more often than the capacity rating does. Measure both.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
