APEX A is the aluminum rigid sibling of the APEX C. Same company, same general idea — a made-to-measure rigid frame from Quebec — in aluminum rather than carbon. It is the honest quote when someone has been shown a carbon chair and the carbon is not solving a problem they actually have.
Weight and size come from the current APEX A order form. We do not copy the carbon chair’s transport weight onto the aluminum one.

We confirm the current manufacturer specification for the size you need before the order is placed. A different seat width, wheel, or option changes the weight.
If a program’s approved list names only one APEX, tell us which code. We will not substitute materials quietly.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
