Aero Z is TiLite’s aluminum rigid ultralight and one of the chairs active manual riders in Canada ask for by name. It is adjustable, it is built to the person, and it lives in the same conversation as a Quickie rigid or a Ki Rogue. TiLite is part of Permobil, which matters when you are also looking at their power bases later.
We do not publish a single chair weight. Aero Z weight moves with the size and the wheels. The quote uses the current TiLite order form. If the goal is the lightest possible rigid and the budget allows it, we also price the titanium TRA so the difference is a number, not a slogan.

We confirm the current manufacturer specification for the size you need before the order is placed. A different seat width, wheel, or option changes the weight.
Camber makes the chair wider at the wheels. A 2 or 4 degree camber that feels stable can also miss an apartment door. We flag overall width on the quote.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
