Helio Kids is Motion Composites’ pediatric folding wheelchair, from the same Quebec factory as the adult Helio C2. Families ask for it when they want a light, made-to-measure manual chair for a child and they want the manufacturer in Canada. It is not a tilt-in-space positioning chair. Iris still owns that job.
We order it on the current Helio Kids form, including whatever growth kit Motion Composites is offering this year. Adult Helio weights do not transfer to the kids’ frame, so they will not appear on this quote.

A light pediatric chair still needs a correct seat depth. Too long, and the child slides. Too short, and they outgrow it immediately.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
