Transport wheelchairs

A transport chair has four small wheels. Someone else pushes it. It is lighter to lift into a trunk than a self-propel chair, and it is a poor choice for a person who wants to move independently, because there are no large handrims.
Use one for appointments, air travel, and a caregiver who is doing the pushing. If the rider still has the strength to self-propel some of the day, look at a folding manual chair instead. We confirm the weight and the capacity of the exact sub-model before we order it.
