The Cruiser III is the “just get a solid chair” request. It is a folding self-propel wheelchair with the desk arms, swing-away footrests, and wheel locks people expect, in a frame that feels less temporary than a rental. It is a common homecare order across Canada.
It will not replace a configured ultralight for an active rider, and it is not a bariatric frame. If the rider is near the top of a standard capacity, tell us the weight on the request and we will check the exact Cruiser III label before we place it.

We confirm the current manufacturer specification for the size you need before the order is placed. A different seat width, wheel, or option changes the weight.
Desk arms slide under a table. Full-length arms are steadier to push down on during a transfer. Tell us which transfer you actually do.
A wheelchair has to match the person. Weight capacity includes the rider and anything carried on the chair. Complex rehab chairs should be sized with an occupational therapist or seating clinician. Figures on this page come from the manufacturer’s published materials and can change. The order form for your configuration is the one we follow.
Configured chairs are built after you approve the quote. Once a manufacturer has started a made-to-measure frame, that build usually cannot be cancelled. Boxed retail chairs are different, and we say so on the quote.
