This is a working privacy notice for a Canadian shop. Have it reviewed before you rely on it, especially if you sell into Quebec, where privacy rules are stricter.

When you request a chair or send the contact form, we collect the details you type: name, email, phone, address, province, seat preference, a weight range, and any note about funding. We use that to quote and deliver a wheelchair. We do not sell the list.

The shop stores the request in the order system. Payment details are not collected at the request stage, because payment happens later. When a payment provider is connected, that provider processes the card or transfer under its own terms.

The site does not load advertising trackers. If you later add analytics, you should ask for consent, particularly for visitors in Quebec. WooCommerce uses a cookie so the request form can remember the chair you added.
